Hashbrown Isi Daging dengan Saus Asam Pedas
Fill hashbrown Meat? containing carbohydrate in the potato-mix minced meat, is served with a spicy sour sauce, very tempting. Guaranteed family was definitely like!

Ingredients:
300 grams of potatoes
200 grams of minced meat
75 grams of wheat flour
2 egg yolks
350 cc of cooking oil
Pepper and salt to taste
Spicy Tamarind Sauce:
75 cc tomato sauce
30 cc of pineapple juice
2 tablespoons tabasco
How to prepare:
1. Boil potatoes in Tchef Sauce Pan until slightly soft. Lift and remove the shell.
2. Grate potatoes using Maxi Handy Grater Tupperware.
3. Heat Tchef Fry Pan, sauté the minced meat until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Mix grated potatoes, minced meat, egg yolks, flour, pepper and salt
into the Tupperware Modular Bowl. Stir until blended.
5. Hashbrown dough forms (square, triangle, circle), then fried until golden and cooked through.
6. Create a spicy sour sauce: Combine tomato sauce, pineapple juice and tabasco
into the Tupperware Quick Shake. Whisk until blended.
7. Hashbrown Serve with spicy tamarind sauce while warm.
