Bakso Bayam


Bakso Bayam
Meatballs, surely your child's love of food round. Moreover, these snacks are a savory taste with the tantalizing aroma of broth. Mixture of spinach in the meatballs is a great way to meet your baby vegetable intake.

Ingredients:
300 grams of lean beef, cut into pieces
75 grams of leaf spinach / lettuce, blansir, finely chopped
75 grams of starch
100 grams of ice cubes, crushed
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon Dancow Full Cream
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Complement:
  beef broth

How to prepare:

1. Enter the beef and other ingredients into the foodprocessor.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Shape the meat with a spoon until the dough round.
4. Boil in boiling water until the float. Remove and drain.
5. Serve with broth as a complement.


Tips:
- To beef up using the thighs are not fat. You should buy fresh meat from traditional markets not already chilled in a cooler so that it feels more supple savory.
- To form the meatballs, place the dough lump of flesh in the palm of the hand and press the dough with your thumb and forefinger to form the dough round. Push the spoon and boil in boiling water until the float.
