Ingredients:
100 grams fettucini, boiled and drained

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 sheets Bayleaf

2 tablespoons flour
50 grams Dancow NUTRIGOLD, dissolved in water
200 ml warm water
50 grams of spinach, boiled, drained
1 tomato, diced
75 grams of grated cheese

How to prepare:

Ingredients:
300 grams of potatoes
200 grams of minced meat

2 egg yolks

  Spicy Tamarind Sauce:
75 cc tomato sauce
30 cc of pineapple juice
2 tablespoons tabasco

How to prepare:
